Fast-growing Swindon IT recruiter Outsource UK is challenging for one of the industry’s top awards.

The firm has been shortlisted in the Best Small Company to Work For category in the prestigious IRP (Institute of Recruitment Professionals) awards which take place in London on September 29.

Staged by the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC), the awards recognise excellence and professionalism across all parts of the recruitment industry.

Outsource UK managing director Paul Jameson said: “The REC is the recruitment industry’s governing body, so for us to have been selected by them for this category is great news and shows the commitment we place on looking after our staff.

“Many of our staff have been with us a long time and, in an industry with a very high staff turnover, ours is extremely low.

“They are our best asset and without them we wouldn’t be able to provide the high level of service that we offer our clients and candidates.”

Outsource UK, which is based at Churchward, employs 29 people and earlier this year it celebrated its 20th anniversary. It competes against eight other businesses in the IRP awards category.
