Telecommunications company Excalibur Communications has expanded into new premises in Swindon to accommodate its growing business.

The firm has relocated from the Orbit Estate in Bridgemead to larger premises at the nearby Stonehill Green office campus.

Excalibur secured the new five-year lease on 2,251 sq ft in Dauntsey House, which was let to them by Alder King Property Consultants on behalf of the Minton Group.

Excalibur provides a range of services from mobile email services from IT support to vehicle tracking.  It is a Vodafone Platinum Partner, Microsoft Gold Partner and deals with more than 6,000 UK small and medium-sized businesses.  managing director James Phipps said: “We identified Stonehill Green because the estate provides us with considerable growth for the future. We will be doubling our staff to 30 during the course of this year and having a good working environment is key to achieving that.”

Alder King partner James Gregory said: “Stonehill Green is a modern office campus in the West Swindon business district. It provides nearly 50,000 sq ft in four buildings and will offer Excalibur the chance to expand further to suit the needs of its growing business as it requires additional space.”

Alder King is marketing the remaining vacant suites at Stonehill Green, which can offer occupiers from 2,000 sq ft up to 8,000 sq ft of refurbished modern office accommodation. They are immediately available and can be leased on flexible terms direct from the landlord, the Minton Group.
