New recruits at Target Accountants

A major recruitment drive at Target Chartered Accountants has resulted in staff numbers increasing by more than 20 per cent. Bath’s largest firm of accountants has  has taken on 56 new recruits, with the biggest intake in its Private Client Tax, Corporate Business Tax, and Financial Management teams.  The move brings the total number of staff in the group to 185, with more than 80 located at the firm’s Bath office.
Debbie Taylor, HR Director at Target, said: “Investing in our team is part of our ongoing strategy to strengthen the Target brand and drive business growth, especially when some competitor firms are cutting back.”
“There is a huge demand for accounting and finance professionals to help businesses back to profitable growth and with our newly expanded team, we are in a strong position to help clients achieve this in 2011,” she adds.
