We kick off the series with Swindon agency Bravedog’s work with veterinary education and career development organisation Improve International to promote two of its Postgraduate Certificate (PgC) programmes.

Campaign: Improve International’s campaign to promote its Postgraduate Certificate (PgC) programmes in Small Animal Medicine and Small Animal Surgery.
Objectives: Communicate evidence-based benefits of PgCs to vets
Position: Improve International as the only provider of customisable PgCs
Generate enquiries and fill programme places
Differentiate Improve International from other providers.
Activity: A fully responsive microsite sat at the heart of the Small Animal PgC campaign.
All printed marketing and email assets focused on driving vets to the site to register their details. Members only content was offered as an incentive to gain sign up.
Once registered, vets were provided with personalised content based on their own individual preferences which was delivered as a downloadable or printed prospectus.
Highly targeted, responsive HTML emails were sent to the vets prompting a high open rate.
Results: 112% more leads than previous years
More than 300 personalised prospectuses delivered
76% higher email click-thrus than industry standard
