Swindon recruitment company Field has promoted Andrea Saunders to the new role of service delivery manager as it continues to expand. 
Andrea, pictured, joined the firm a year ago and has since been an account manager heading the team sourcing temporary staff for one of its larger clients, Nationwide Building Society.
Due to an expansion of its client base, and the growing needs of existing clients, she has been promoted to a new role leading the team looking after the temporary resourcing needs of all Field’s clients.
Andrea began her career in telesales, but switched to recruitment and – with the exception of a career break to have children – has been in the industry ever since.
Her last two roles before joining Field were working on a large Army project to source recruits, following by a spell in IT recruitment.
She said: “I am very excited about this new challenge. Field is growing as a company, so my new role is part of a restructure to meet an increased demand for temporary staff.”
