Professional & executive consultant Jade Cholod has won the prestigious Employee of the Year title at Swindon recruitment firm Aligra.
Jade, pictured, was presented with the award at the firm’s annual summer get together. The award was introduced in 2009 – two years after Aligra’s launch – to reward the employee who has shown exemplary performance, worked effectively within their team and gone the ‘extra mile’.
Aligra managing director Mark Neilson said: “It was a really tough decision this year as we have such a great operational team, but Jade was a well-deserved winner.
“She has over-achieved on her personal targets and has also shown real commitment to maintaining Aligra’s standards while going above and beyond for her clients. She is frequently working out-of-hours to ensure that her candidates and clients alike are really looked after.
Previous winner, Aligra head of professional & executive Jeremy Barker, collected the title when a consultant. “So it shows what can be achieved. Jade has a very exciting future with us,” Mark added.
In addition to the personalised shield, which takes pride of place throughout the year on the winners’ desk, the recipient also receives a generous cash reward along with fully funded enrolment onto the Professional Recruitment Qualification (QCF), the Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
The Level 3 is the industry standard for recruiters and covers everything from best practice, client relationships, sales and marketing and important legislations.
Aligra, which employs 15 people, supplies temporary and permanent staff and on-site services to the logistics, hospitality, professional and executive sectors across the UK.
