Strong growth this year at Swindon housebuilder TJS Homes has given it a full order book until March 2017 and attracted new investment into the business.
The firm was launched last year and in February this year merged with Swindon construction firm Eclipse & Son – triggering a period of rapid expansion.
It has completed more than 20 property conversion projects and is now working on two boutique hotels in Wiltshire. The firm has also won two further high-spec development projects in the county.
It has also attracted the backing of eight new investors over the past 15 months and the firm’s owner Tom Deller is now liaising with international funders.

The firm, based on the Elgin Industrial Estate, has increased its employees to nine, and along with eight subcontractors, now has a 17-strong workforce. It operates eight vans
