Chippenham-based sales training provider Sales Coaching Solutions has appointed Kiya Newnham as its new sales and marketing assistant.
Kiya, pictured, studied Business and Management at Bath Spa University and also has customer service experience.
In her new role she will help Sales Coaching Solutions managing director Alison Edgar grow the business further. 
Kiya said: “I am so happy to be joining Sales Coaching Solutions. I’m looking forward to learning about how the business operates and getting stuck in.
“It’s an exciting time to join the team with the recent launch of The Entrepreneur’s Godmother, and expansion to national and international markets.”
Kiya aims to learn as much as she can from Alison and aims to meet as many people as possible.
Growing the brand awareness of a small business is no mean feat, but she is very much looking forward to the challenge.
Alison added: “I am thrilled to be bringing Kiya into the business. She’ll fit into the team really well and can offer the business fresh, new perspectives and ideas.
“I especially enjoy working with young people and look forward to imparting my knowledge on process, behaviours and strategy, which will ultimately help Kiya increase her confidence in new areas”
Alison and Kiya will be at the South West Expo at Swindon’s STEAM museum on June 30.
