Three properties across Swindon have been let over the past month by Kenington’s town office acting for Swindon Borough Council. Two others are also under offer. 
A 1,100 sq ft at Dorcan Business Village, pictured, has been let as a satellite clinic to Oxford Fertility Unit on a new 10-year lease, with a fifth year tenant break option.
The other two lettings are retail properties – 8 Theatre Square in the town centre has been taken by Phonefixers, while a unit at Toothill Village Centre in West Swindon has been let to Little Ls Ceramics.
