Swindon businesses looking to expand will be urged to mind their ‘P’s at a talk later this month.
The three Ps – process, premises and people – will form the centrepiece of the presentation by Richard Mathews, group finance director at Swindon-based management consultancy RFS, which has specific expertise in regulated industries.
He will cover the early stages in business – as well as the end game – in his talk at the weekly breakfast meeting of networking group Business Village on April 28 at The Campanile Hotel, Delta Business Park, Swindon, from 7.30am to 9am.
Richard said: “It will be a whistle-stop tour of the life cycle of a business, from inception to exit, looking at some of the positives and negatives along the way.
“I hope it will useful not just to those starting out in business, or in the early stages, but to firms that are further along the development path.”
The event will include breakfast and the opportunity to network. Business Village meets each Thursday for breakfast and networking at The Campanile Hotel on the Delta Business Park, Swindon, from 7.30am-9am. The group charges no membership fee and each meeting costs £10 to attend. To book visit www.businessvillage.org.
