National property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) is aiming to grow its South West machinery and business assets (MBA) division following Jason Hall’s appointment as the new head of the department.

Jason, pictured, joined LSH after its buyout of the ES Group in March last year, and now takes up his role in the Bristol office as a director.

He plans to build further on the division’s reputation for providing first-class valuation and sale advice on industrial and commercial business assets. He will head a team of four within LSH’s MBA team of six covering South West and Wales.

Jason, a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), started his career with the ES Group as a graduate in 2006, before becoming a fully qualified valuer four years later.

Since then, he has been involved with more than 160 online auctions and multiple private treaty sales, plus numerous business sales and asset valuations.

Jason said: “The MBA team does exceptional work, providing services across the South West and Wales, and I am looking forward to nurturing our existing client base and developing new relationships with insolvency practitioners, banks, solicitors and private clients.

“It’s an exciting time to be part of Lambert Smith Hampton because, as a consultancy, it has ambitions to continue its growth and in the MBA division there is huge potential to build on our reputation as a premier provider.

“I’m excited to be heading up the division in Bristol and the surrounding area with the opportunity to develop both the team and our services.”

LSH Bristol head of office Peter Musgrove added: “Jason has first-class skills and many years of experience in the machinery and business assets sector.

“He is a highly valuable addition to our team and we are delighted he has agreed to head the division.”
