Regional property consultancy Alder King has expanded its valuation team by appointing Richard Clark as partner in its Swindon and Gloucester offices.
Richard, pictured, was real estate director at BNP Paribas for two years before joining Alder King. He is a RICS registered valuer with more than 15 years’ professional experience, having previously also worked at JLL and DTZ. He is also a LPA (Law of Property Act) receiver. 
In his new role, Richard will provide advice to banks, financial institutions, property companies and private individuals on a broad range of loan security and other specialist valuations across Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.
