Wiltshire-based international automotive learning and development agency RTS Group has strengthened its design offering with a new appointment as more learning goes online.
Jodi Hunt, pictured, has joined the Chippenham-based company’s learning and development team as creative media designer. 
She is working on a wide range of projects for RTS Group, many of for online learning, from apps and courses, to 3D augmented reality.
After studying for a visual communications degree in Birmingham, Jodi joined fashion company Steel & Jelly as a graphic designer, before leaving to travel around Mexico, Central and South America. On her return, she joined RTS Group.
She said: “I am really enjoying working here, it’s a great environment and we are doing really cutting edge digital design.”
RTS specialises in helping motor manufacturers create world-class dealerships by developing their frontline staff. At the start of the year it relocated to new offices in Notton, just outside Chippenham, to create a bespoke digital design studio, as well as have more space to grow the team.
RTS learning and development director Kat Searle said: “More and more learning is going online, and we are at the forefront of delivering this for our clients. There will always be a place for face-to-face and classroom learning, but, with dealership staff so busy, to deliver learning through tablets, smart phones and so on is a complementary, modern way of working.
“Key to this digital revolution is to have a strong learning and development team, who are always up-to-date and Jodi will be a great asset.”
RTS Group was founded in 1989 and has been providing learning and development services to the automotive industry for 25 years.
It works across Europe, the Middle East, China and South Africa with clients such as Mercedes-Benz, Mazda and Nissan.
