National property consultancy Carter Jonas has strengthened its industrial team with the appointment of Alison Williams as an associate partner in the South West.
Alison, pictured, worked at Alder King in Swindon for eight years during which she achieved the accolade of Deal Maker of the Year from Estates Gazette. 
More recently she headed the commercial agency team at Trowbridge-based agents Kavanaghs.
Throughout her 20 years in the industry, Alison has worked with a number of public and private sector clients including accountants Baker Tilly, Prudential, Thames Water and Defence Estates, where she was responsible for the sale of land declared surplus to the requirements of the Ministry of Defence.
Her arrival expands Carter Jonas’s industrial property offering in the region.
