International property and construction consultancy Gleeds has appointed Jo Williams as a director in its South West office.
Jo, pictured, has joined the firm’s Bristol office after more than 26 years in the industry, working with companies such as Cushman & Wakefield and Ridge & Partners. 
Her most recent role was with DTZ in Bristol, where she was director of project and building consultancy, running a large team and overseeing projects all over the UK.
As director of building surveying with Gleeds she will help develop the current team, allowing them to drive the business forward and create new opportunities across the South West.
She will also be responsible for establishing a stronger presence in Wales, with a focus on Cardiff and the surrounding areas.
Jo said: “I am delighted to be joining Gleeds in Bristol and look forward to building on the firm’s reputation in the South West and further afield. I am confident in my ability to grow the building surveying offering, fostering new relationships as well as maintaining the high standard current clients have come to expect.”
