Ambitious growth has continued at Outsource UK, the Swindon-headquartered specialist recruitment firm, with its third new senior appointment of 2016.

Jessica Holt, pictured, joins in the newly created role of director of workforce solutions, arriving from Ajilon Consulting, part of Adecco UK&I, where she was an executive director.

She is based at Outsource’s head office in Churchward and is leading the drive to develop the company’s services portfolio focussing on resolving customers’ talent and capability demands by offering a range of services spanning permanent, trainee, graduate, fixed-price and employed consultant models.

So far this year Outsource UK, which specialises in IT and technical recruitment, has opened an office in the City of London and recruited a head of financial services permanent division and a sales director for the new base – both joining from global recruiter McGregor Boyall.

Outsource chief operating officer Nick Dettmar said: “We’re delighted that Jessica Holt has also decided to join our growing senior team.  Jessica has worked in the recruitment industry for 18 years and has worked for some leading names in the sector.

“She has a great wealth of experience and knowledge of working, at senior level, with large global businesses. This experience will be invaluable to us as we expand.

“This is a great time for Outsource UK.  We’re seeing strong and consistent growth across all divisions of the business and are very confident of our ability to continue to attract exactly the right people to the company.”

Fast-growing Outsource was established by Paul Jameson in 1991 and is now one of the UK’s largest independent IT and engineering staffing businesses with an annual turnover in excess of £40m. It works with clients across the UK and Europe, supplying contract, permanent and interim staff for IT, financial services, engineering and defence firms.

The firm, which employs around 60 people, has offices in Manchester, London and Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, as well as its Swindon head office in Churchward.
