Swindon-based digital agency All Things Web is forecasting rapid expansion over the next three years after achieving strong growth in 2015.
The firm’s turnover increased by 32% in its 2014/15 financial year with profits up by 23%. It is on target for higher growth this year with a 35% rise in turnover and profits up 43%.
The firm offers a suite of digital marketing services, including search engine optimisation, online marketing strategy, social media marketing and website development.
But part of its expansion over the past 12 months has also been driven by a series of highly successful digital marketing workshops and training programmes which have now become an integral component of its services.
Among its plans for the next three years are new recruits, additional sub-brands and a broader service offering for its clients and a number of All Things Web’s clients have commissioned it for additional offline marketing disciplines.
Client Simon Palmer, sales and marketing director of Bristol-based payroll software and outsourced services firm Qtac, said: “All Things Web is a long-standing and trusted partner which has continuously demonstrated its expertise within digital marketing.
“They were an obvious choice last year when we were looking for support to develop and deliver a wider marketing strategy and plan for the business, enabling our internal team to focus on other core business areas.”
Staffing at the agency increased by 20% to a team of six people last year and by next month an additional two recruits will be in place.
As a result, All Things Web moved to larger offices at Groundwell last year to accommodate its staff, and increase meeting space for its workshops and training programmes.
Director Helen Moloney said: “We are delighted with the progress we made in 2015, but we’re not stopping there.
“Our new offices enable us to accommodate up to 10 people, and our plans for new sub-brands of All Things Web will deliver additional services for existing clients and be instrumental in attracting new ones.
“We have a young and enthusiastic team that we are investing in and nurturing through training, incentives, promotions and opportunities for personal and professional development. Right now All Things Web is an exciting place to be.”
