Swindon Council is seeking the views of the town’s businesspeople as it prepares its latest budget.

Council leader David Renard has extended a formal invitation to employers to attend a meeting on Wednesday, January 27, to discuss the council’s budget proposals for 2016/17.

At the meeting senior council members and officers will discuss issues relating to the council’s funding and expenditure and associated matters relevant to the wider business community to enable the council to be better informed ahead of it formalising the budget.

The meeting takes place in Committee Room 6 at the Civic Offices, Euclid Street.

Anyone wishing to attend should contact Rita Glen-Gallo on 01793 46 3611 or rglen-gallo@swindon.gov.uk.
