Four high-quality office suites in Cirencester have come onto the market as a result of the town’s largest manufacturer centralising its operations on one site.

Orthopaedic implants maker Corin Group is to relocate its administration centre from Cirencester Office Park to The Corinium Centre on Love Lane – less than 1km away – where it already has its warehouse and assembly facility.

The opportunity has arisen for Corin to take additional space at The Corinium Centre and adapt the accommodation to provide a purpose-built operation on a single site.

Corin Group chief financial officer Victoria Silvester said: “We have undertaken significant investment to provide exactly the facility we want and we jumped at the opportunity to bring everyone together at one facility in Cirencester, which is good for our staff.”

The result is that Corin’s four office suites on the Cirencester Office Park, pictured below, will be available in the new year.

The units, which are being marketed by joint agents Alder King and Bevans, have open-plan accommodation with raised floors and suspended ceilings and plentiful car parking.

Alder King Swindon office partner James Gregory said: “There has always been good demand for space at Cirencester Office Park.  These offices benefit from a high-quality fit-out as a result of Corin’s occupation and are available as individual or combination suites providing a range of 1,800 sq ft up to 11,500 sq ft.”
