Swindon-based chartered surveyors and property consultants Loveday have appointed Peter Cole as a partner.
Peter, pictured, who joins from national firm Lambert Smith Hampton, will primarily heading Loveday’s property management department and also deal with landlord and tenant advisory work. He is also an RICS registered valuer. 
He worked at Lambert Smith Hampton for 17 years, most recently as director of lease advisory.
Loveday senior partner Philip Loveday said: “We are extremely pleased to be able to attract someone of Peter’s experience and calibre. Peter will bring a wealth of experience to our team.
“In addition to property management Peter will also be continuing to offer bespoke advice in the landlord and tenant field.”
