Field, the Swindon-based recruitment company, has appointed experienced recruiter Andrea Saunders as a new key account manager.
Andrea, pictured, will head the team assisting one of Field’s largest clients, Swindon-based building society Nationwide, with its office, admin and call centre staffing recruitment needs. 
Andrea’s career began in sales, working in publishing and the music industry, before she moved into recruitment, working in London before relocating to Wiltshire with her husband.
After a career break to start a family, Andrea went back into recruitment and, before joining Field, was employed on a large recruitment project for the Army.
She said: “I am really enjoying working with Field. They have really good systems in place and I am proud to be a part of that. The team are great, very enthusiastic and I am really enjoying working with them.”
