The South West office of property advisory firm CBRE has strengthened its team with the appointment of Jason Herbert as regional director of retail.
Jason, pictured, brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge of the regional market, having previously worked at Hartnell Taylor Cook in Bristol for 13 years. 
In his role at CBRE, where he will be based in its Bristol office, he will focus on high street agency and development, providing disposal, acquisition and strategic asset management advice to clients including M&G, CBRE Global Investors, Schroders, Morrisons, New Look, Co-operative Estates and Marks & Spencer.
Jason said: “There has been resurgence in the occupier market in recent months and we’ve also witnessed a new cycle of speculative development, both of which point towards a significant number of opportunities in the region.
“I’m looking forward to working closely with occupiers, developers and landlords as well as collaborating with the other agency teams in the Bristol office to build on existing relationships and offer both existing and prospective clients a full-service offering.”
