Swindon independent estate agency Castles Residential Sales & Lettings has been named as the town’s best sales agent and best lettings agent in an awards scheme.
The firm, founded by managing director Mark Noble, pictured, in 2002, won the two golds at the 2015 allAgents Awards, which are staged by the UK property industry’s largest customer review website and attracts entries from thousands of estate agents branches from across the country. 
Castles won the Swindon awards having received the highest averaging customer reviews in the town over the past 12 months.
The firm also gained silver for the best lettings agent in the South West and bronze for the best sales agent. Out of the 14,430 UK estate agents listed on allAgents, Castles is ranked 104th.
Mark Noble said: “We care deeply about customer service. We’re delighted to win these awards as they’re based solely on what our customers say about us. Good reviews on allAgents can really elevate a business, so to get this level of approval on the site is a great honour.”
During the past year the firm has celebrated the completion of its 3,000th contract and opened a new office on Swindon’s Commercial Road.
Last year it was handpicked by Cartus, the world’s premier provider of relocation services, as its only relocation agent in Swindon and was selected for membership of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents and The Relocation Agent Network.
