Fascia Graphics, the Chippenham-based specialist manufacturer, has promoted Mark Anderson to the role of UK sales manager as it continues to expand.
The firm, a market leading manufacturer of graphic overlays and membrane keypads, has created the position to help increase the reach of its UK sales force following a period of rapid growth which is expected to push turnover through the £4m barrier.
For Mark, pictured, it is a return to a role he previously filled in his first stint with Fascia. He originally joined the firm in1996 and became UK sales manager in 2005. He left in 2010 but returned last year as sales manager for the Midlands, North Wales, North West and East Anglia.
Fascia, formed 21 years ago, has invested £1m in two Sakurai printing lines – the only ones in the UK industry – to increase production and keep it at the forefront of its sector.
Managing director Paul Bennett said: “Mark’s appointment is crucial to the next stage of the development for the business. He has over 15 years’ experience working directly with Fascia Graphics customers so he is perfectly positioned to impart his knowledge and expertise on to others in the team.”
“Our sales team was recently bolstered by the appointment of Lee Wood [as area sales manager for the South of England], and now with Mark at the helm we are in a very good position to build an even stronger sales pipeline.”
Fascia supplies more than 800 customers in the UK and overseas and has built a reputation built largely on its product quality, customer service and fast lead times.
Mark Anderson said: “I’m excited about taking on this new role. I particularly appreciate the support of the directors in providing me with the opportunity to lead the UK sales team. Although I’ll continue to manage my own area sales, I’m already developing a new sales plan for the next two years, and I’m very much looking forward to helping the entire team achieve their goals.”
