Cotswolds and Oxfordshire property specialist Butler Sherborn has appointed surveyor Francesca Cooper to the rural team based in its Cirencester head office.
Francesca, pictured, will assist with all aspects of rural property and business management, focusing on business development for country house consultancy, lettings, farm and estate management and renewable energy generation. 
Francesca, who previously worked for national property consultancy Bruton Knowles’ Gloucester office as a land agent, is experienced in large residential, commercial and agricultural portfolios – most recently working on a substantial estate in Gloucestershire.
She graduated from the Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester in 2011 with a first- class honours degree and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Francesca’s arrival comes ahead of the re-launch of the firm’s farm energy appraisal service to help landowners assess the options of renewable energy and alternative heat generation. It is also developing its country house consultancy to complement our core residential agency business.
