South West focused property consultancy Alder King has promoted Andrew Cullen, who is based in its Swindon office, to associate.
A registered RICS valuer, Andrew, pictured, joined Alder King’s professional team in 2005. He advises clients across Wiltshire and Gloucestershire on valuation, landlord and tenant and business rates issues. 
He has also developed a speciality in financial viability casework for both developers and local authorities across the UK, handling development appraisals for residential and employment land and providing viability assessments of small and large scale mixed use, commercial and residential developments. His promotion reflects his significant contribution in this specialist field.

Alder King, which was established in 1911, employs around 150 people across its offices in Swindon, Bristol, Cardiff, Exeter, Gloucester, Taunton and Truro.
