Each week Swindon Business News gives a prominent member of the area’s business community the last word on our weekly e-bulletin. This week Anna Cole, a partner at specialist personal injury law firm Novum Law, answers our 10 questions.
What was the LAST:
Film you watched? Gone Girl, a psychological thriller that keeps you guessing right up to the end.
Book you read? This was a present from my brother-in-law: The Woman Who Went to Bed for a Year by Sue Townsend. I’m not sure if he was trying to tell me something?
Music you bought or downloaded? Best days of my Life by American Authors for my children. We can’t sing but it’s great fun as we’re driving with the roof down.
Concert or play you went to? The Selfish Ladybird starring my son who was beetle dancing to The Men in Black.
Sporting event you attended? School sports day. Fortunately there was no parents’ race. I am not sporty so I would have needed a sick note or oxygen.
Holiday you went on? Dubai. Full of all the things I love – sun, sea and shopping.
Restaurant you ate in? The Old Bell at Malmesbury where I first tasted truffle honey.
Thing that annoyed you? Bad driving. Over the years I have met so many people with life changing injuries.
Thing that made you laugh out loud? Not Going Out – Lee Mack’s one liners.
Piece of good advice you were given? What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.
