This week Kelvin McCarthy, screening manager at Tenant Screening, which specialises in vetting prospective tenants for landlord and letting agents, answers our 10 questions.

Prior to taking over the day-to-day running of Tenant Screening, Kelvin worked as a financial crime analyst investigating money laundering. He has lived in Swindon all his life. A keen footballer, he has played for many teams in the Wiltshire and Swindon leagues.
