Regional law firm Charles Lucas Marshall, which has an office in Swindon, has appointed Christopher Brierley as head of its residential property team.
Previously a partner with North London firm Farhi Jacob, Christopher, pictured, has been a practicing property lawyer for nine years and will lead Charles Lucas & Marshall’s residential property team across its offices in Swindon, Newbury and Wantage. 
The firm was one of the first in the UK to be accredited under the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) set up by the Law Society to provide the public with a recognised quality standard for conveyancing services. The scheme requires firms to undergo a strict assessment, compulsory training, self-reporting, random audits and annual reviews.
