Each week Swindon Business News lets a prominent member of the area’s business community have the last word on its weekly e-bulletin.

This week Emma Ryder, service delivery manager Swindon-based Field Recruitment, answers our 10 questions.

What was the LAST:

Film you watched? Monsters, Inc. I very rarely watch films as I can’t sit still long enough!

Book you read? The Chimp Paradox by Prof Steve Peters.

Music you bought? Home by Daughtry.

Concert you went to? Take That.

Sporting event you attended? Hot Chillee training ride.

Holiday you went on? Skiing trip to Mirabelle.

Restaurant you ate in? The White Horse Inn, Compton Bassett.

Thing that annoyed you? Nearly getting run over on the zebra crossing outside the office (which happens on a daily basis).

Thing that made you laugh out loud? My nephew demanding next time I see him that I bring him chocolate ice cream.

Piece of good advice you were given? If it doesn’t challenge you it won’t change you!

Emma Ryder has been working in recruitment for more than a decade and joined Field in summer 2014. She’s a keen road cyclist and spends a large amount of time out with Swindon Dame Cycling Road club as a ride leader.
