Customer support group Jaywing’s Swindon base has won three new telemarketing clients – Neopost, Electrolux Professional and business mobility provider Alphabet.

Jaywing will oversee and implement the firms’ B2B telemarketing activities, giving them qualified leads and setting appointments for their sales teams.

Communications firm Neopost decided to move all its telemarketing activity to Jaywing following an internal recommendation.

Jaywing’s base at Peatmoor, West Swindon, will now develop and implement ongoing telemarketing campaign activity targeting existing, lapsed and prospective customers with the aim of driving sales of Neopost’s products and services.

Electrolux Professional decided to extend its contract with Jaywing following a successful three-month trial. Having first approached Jaywing following a personal recommendation, the focus for Jaywing is to promote the brand’s laundry and food service products among care homes and hotels, setting appointments for Electrolux Professional’s 12-strong sales team.

Jaywing’s new relationship with Alphabet will focus on driving conversations with fleet managers to generate prospective leads for Alphabet’s sales team. The three-year contract was also won from a recommendation to use Jaywing.

Jaywing managing director, contact, Chris Hancock, said: “Neopost, Electrolux Professional and Alphabet are each unique businesses that were looking for a skilled partner to help with their B2B telemarketing needs.

“We pride ourselves on truly understanding our clients’ offerings and delivering exceptional service. I think the fact that each of these new wins has come about through word-of-mouth recommendations is testament to our success. We’re delighted to have been brought on board to work with each of the respective sales teams and are pleased that we’re already seeing the fruits of our labour.”

Neopost operational marketing director Phil Hutchison added: “Jaywing has demonstrated its utmost commitment to understanding our business and communicating that to our customers. I am confident that the team’s work at the contact centre will continue to be of the highest quality and deliver the best results.”

Last year Jaywing, which specialises in brand management, digital marketing and customer contact, announced 50 new jobs in Swindon after winning a contract with CollectPlus, the UK’s largest store-based parcel service. The fast-growing firm now employs around 300 staff in Swindon and also has centres in Sheffield, London, Newbury and Ipswich.
