Swindon specialist recruitment firm Aligra co-founder Terry West has returned to the firm as a director. Terry, pictured, who has nearly 20 years’ recruitment industry experience, helped set up Aligra in 2007.
Now, after a three-year break working for some of the area’s other leading recruiters, he has now returned to the firm, which supplies temporary and permanent staff to a wide range of businesses throughout the UK from its base at Groundwell. 
Managing director Mark Neilson said: “Terry and I decided our futures weren’t together a few years ago, but we have some really ambitious plans for the business and we needed a lot of the skills he had to get us where we want to be.
“I had no hesitation in approaching him and was fortunately successful in persuading him to return.
“The recruitment industry has changed significantly in recent years with additional legislation and client expectations so I needed to ensure we were ‘fit for purpose’ moving forward and I am confident we are now.”
