Courses staged by In-house Research and Training, the Royal Wootton Bassett-based customer service training firm, are now CPD (Continuing Professional Development) approved.
CPD accreditation means the courses have been thoroughly vetted with a stamp of approval.
In-house Research and Training, launched in 1998, helps businesses understand and solve their customer experience problems.
The firm describes itself as the UK leader in “understanding the home buyer experience”. It offers a confidential benchmarking service to clients, allowing them to rate their customer satisfaction results against the average, best and worst performers.
In-house also helps clients raise their performance with some of the toughest customer service, new home demonstration and handover training. More than 15,000 people have attended these training courses.
Demand for its advanced customer service course, called How to Control Your Elephant, continues to grow and has enabled thousands of delegates to raise their performance when it comes to dealing with challenging customer situations.
Other areas of expertise are face-to-face customer interviews, telephone research, consultancy and evaluation of customer service procedures.
Clients include housebuilders and construction firms such as Taylor Wimpey, Barratt, Crest Nicholson, Redrow and Kier.
