Law firm Withy King, which has offices in Swindon and Marlborough, has been ranked 42nd in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For in 2015 – up from 58th position last year.
The firm’s ranking was revealed at an awards ceremony held in London last week and published in a league table in the Sunday Times and online yesterday.
Withy King was also awarded the highly sought-after Best Companies two-star ‘outstanding’ accreditation for the second year running.
Withy King has been recognised for its outstanding levels of staff engagement and its ongoing commitment to creating a positive working environment for its people.
Managing partner Graham Street, pictured, said: “We are delighted to have improved on last year’s success and to now be ranked one of the top 50 mid-sized employers in the UK.
“Our latest ranking, together with the Best Companies to Work For accolade, reflect the hard work and dedication of individuals and teams across the firm who are committed to creating a great working environment and delivering unbeatable levels of client service and support.”
The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For is the most comprehensive analysis of workplace engagement, opinion and satisfaction in the UK.
Withy King employs 324 people across a network of offices in Bath, Swindon, Marlborough, Oxford, Abingdon, Thame, Headington and London. Last year the firm was also awarded top marks in eight categories in a survey of trainee solicitors run by Lex 100, the student guide to law – one more category than the previous year.
