Savills has appointed Chloë Clark as senior planner covering the South West. Chloë, pictured, who qualified as a chartered town planner in 2012, joins Savills from Hunter Page Planning in Cheltenham.
Chloë has experience of a range of residential and commercial development projects, as well as urban regeneration and rural conversion schemes for a variety of clients including housebuilders, developers and private landowners.

Savills planning team in the region acts for a wide range of clients in the public and private sectors providing planning advice on a wide range of development proposals on brownfield and greenfield sites.
The team has been involved in a number of high profile applications including the redevelopment of Hereford Livestock Market, Millbay in Plymouth and the new bay campus for Swansea University.
Savills is also advising on a number of large urban extensions including Ashton Park in Bristol and town centre regeneration schemes in Salisbury and Truro.
Chloë will be dividing her time between Savills Bristol planning team and Savills Cheltenham planning and development team.
