Improving communication between work colleagues is the theme of a talk to Swindon networking group Business Village’s meeting this week.
Justin York, pictured, who runs Oxford-based Rubicon Coaching, will look at how better communication in the workplace leads to higher motivation among staff. 
He said: “To motivate teams or individuals we have to communicate with them in ways they understand. So the talk is about how to effectively communicate and maintain motivation.”
Rubicon Coaching specialises in helping people who want to make a change, helping improve performance in teams or individuals, and helping promote better communications.
The presentation will form part of the regular Business Village meeting this Thursday. Business Village meets each Thursday for breakfast and networking at The Campanile Hotel, Delta Business Park, from 7.30am-9am. There is no membership fee and it costs just £10 per visit.
