International property agency DTZ has appointed Jo Williams as a director in its South West office where she joins its project & building consultancy team.
Jo, pictured, joins from national firm Ridge and Partners, where she worked in all aspects of core building surveying. She brings 19 years’ experience with her, including a strong track record in delivering projects and developing client framework management skills.
In addition to this, Jo is actively involved in the Association of Women in Property South West and was regional chair in 2012.
She will report to the head of DTZ’s Bristol office, senior director Tim Davis, who said: “Jo makes a great addition to the team and her appointment will help to further strengthen our building surveying capabilities, providing our clients with a ‘best in class’ service.
“She joins at an excitement time for DTZ following the recent completion of our sale to the TPG & PAG Consortium, and our beginning as an independent, dynamic, privately owned global property services company.”
The South West project & building consultancy team is part of a multi-disciplinary DTZ team recently appointed to support the relocation of Taunton Deane Borough Council from Deane House to County Hall in Taunton. The team will provide due diligence, space planning and project monitoring services.
