Staff at Chippenham-based learning and development company RTS netted more than £500 when they downed tools to support the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning.
The firm’s 50-plus employees made cakes – and ate them – to raise funds for the national annual event run in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
The £500 included a generous donation from Neil Davison of Bromham-based Thermocold, whose company maintains the air conditioning at RTS’s Langley Road headquarters.
RTS central services manager Gemma Pritchard, who organised the event, said: “I am really proud of what we managed to achieve as a company, including the friends and family who came to join in the fun. Together we have been able to make a great contribution to this fantastic charity.”
RTS has been providing learning and development services to the automotive industry for 25 years. It works primarily in the automotive sector with clients such as Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Mazda and Nissan across Europe, the Middle East, China and South Africa.
