Independent planning consultancy Hunter Page Planning has opened an office in Swindon as it continues to win work along the M4 corridor.

The Cheltenham-based firm said the new base, which is in the Pure Offices centre at Kembrey Business Park, will also strengthen ties with existing clients as well as prompting new relationships.

The consultancy is securing new contracts with leading national housebuilders, retail giants and strategic land promoters. It recently won planning permission for clients in Evesham and on a former RAF base in Nottinghamshire and is working on the regeneration of Cheltenham town centre.

The Swindon base, its first branch office, will be headed by two existing members of staff – director Giles Brockbank, pictured, and associate Ben Read.

Managing director Paul Fong said: “The Swindon office marks part of a period of sustained expansion for Hunter Page Planning. This new office is part of the bigger plan for 2014/2015 which has already included the employment of three additional members of staff in the latter part of 2014.’’
