Four new recruits at DTZ in South West as market continues to recover

Property consultancy DTZ has appointed four surveyors to its South West office. James Banks, Andrew Flower and Ben Johnson join the Bristol-based team as senior surveyors to the professional advisory services, rating and project & building consultancy teams respectively, while Sarah James-Nock joins as surveyor to the retail management team.

James Banks is appointed to DTZ’s professional advisory services team from BNP Paribas Real Estate in London. He will be responsible for rent reviews, lease renewals and regears for clients including Canada Life, Englander Group, Crown Prosecution Service and KFC.

Andrew Flower joins DTZ’s national rating team based in Bristol from the Basingstoke office of Altus Edwin Hill. His role involves business rates appeals and mitigation advice for a variety of national and regional clients.

Arriving from Tuffin Ferraby Taylor, Ben Johnson will be providing professional advice and services including technical due diligence, dilapidations advice, project monitoring, and design and contract administration services to a range of clients across the South West.

Sarah James-Nock brings a number of years’ experience in property management following spells at Lloyds TSB, Donaldsons and Workman and Partners. She will be proactively managing three leisure parks on behalf of Rank Group and two shopping centres for Glanmore Investments.
