Swindon telemarketing firm The Business Generation Group – TBG Group – is celebrating a string of successes for its clients just a year after it was set up.
TBG was launched last year as a sister company to VHO, the long-established Swindon telemarketing company.
VHO specialises in business-to-business telemarketing services for technology companies, so TBG Group was established to cater for all other business sectors.
It has already secured clients ranging from consulting engineers and accountants to global market research companies and HR employment lawyers.
Head of operations Martin Dugan puts the company’s success down to the way it runs its business.
“Unlike many telemarketing companies, we don’t use scripts, sit with headsets, or use auto diallers,” he said. “We are an office full of professionals who get to know our clients first, to really understand their business and their needs, and then we can have intelligent, natural conversations uncovering opportunities with their ideal prospects.

Among The Business Generation Group’s clients are Rendermedia, a Swindon-based digital production agency specialising in augmented reality (AR), CGI and animation videos for household names such as Adobe, BBC, The National Trust, Intel and ITV.
