Law firm Charles Lucas & Marshall, which has an office in Swindon, has elected Hemant Amin as its new managing partner.
Hemant, pictured, joined the firm in 1989 has been a member of its management board for 10 years. He will continue as practice development partner as well as taking over as managing partner from Malcolm Poynter on August 1.
Malcolm will continue to head the commercial property team at the firm, which also has offices in Newbury, Wantage and Hungerford. David Thomas, head of the Wantage office, was re-elected as finance partner.
