The second in HSBC’s series of Swindon open networking forums takes place next month.

The breakfast on Wednesday June 11 will once again be hosted on behalf of HSBC by Banks Chartered Accountants at the firm’s offices in Stratton.

HSBC is staging the events away from its branches as a way of reaching out into the business community.

More than 40 businesses attended the first event in March to listen to expert speakers and network. This time the speakers will be HSBC’s deputy for the South West and Wales region, Neil Ridge, and Karen Dunne-Squire from Elation Sales.

The forums are the brainchild of Caroline Norrey, HSBC’s business specialist at its Canal Walk branch, and are aimed at small to medium-sized businesses in and around Swindon. Caroline, pictured, said: “Our first networking breakfast went down really well with the businesses attending, and we’re looking at building on this for our next forum.

“They are a way of adding value to our HSBC business clients, but they are not exclusively for them, and all businesses are welcome.”

The forums run from 7.30-9am and are free but although pre-booking is required. For more information, or to book a place, email carolinenorrey@hsbc.com.
