Office suites in Swindon town centre ranging from just over 1,000 sq ft to just under 13,000 sq ft are being offered by property agents Whitmarsh Lockhart.

The firm is marketing the space in Minton Place, the four-storey office building close to the town’s railway station, where existing occupiers include Optical Express, Amey Consulting and property management consultancy Workman.

The building has been one of Swindon’s best performing office centres and the accommodation has open-plan layouts, raised-access flooring, air conditioning, and a concierge.

A programme of refurbishment and upgrading is planned for this year.

Chris Jones of Swindon-based Whitmarsh Lockhart said: “Minton Place occupies a prime central location within Swindon’s main central business district and the very fact that it is within walking distance of the railway station certainly appeals to the marketplace.”

Whitmarsh Lockhart is acting on behalf of Toscafund, represented by London and Scottish Property Asset Management. London-based Toscafund acquired Minton Place as part of a mixed portfolio of properties in 10 UK towns and cities.

The office suites are available in sizes from 1,041 sq ft to 12,975 sq ft.
