National nurse recruitment and training agency Nurse Plus has relocated its expanding Swindon branch to Kembrey Park in a deal brokered by the Swindon office of property agents Keningtons.

The office acted on behalf of Highcross Strategic Advisers to let the 1,130 sq ft Unit 5 at Pine Court to Nurse Plus. The Swindon branch was previously at Park House, Church Place, in the Railway Village.

Jeremy Sutton of Keningtons said: “The two-storey unit at Pine Court has been taken on a new five- year lease with a third-year break option.”

Debbie Marshall of Highcross added: “Securing Nurse Plus is a good start to the year for Kembrey following on from last year when four new tenants arrived as well as an existing tenant committing to the park for a further five years in 10,000 sq ft.”

Local Nurse Plus manager Geri Maude said: “The relocation of our office to Kembrey Park is an expansion for the Swindon branch and we now have modern and efficient premises which allows us to further improve our service to clients.”

The Kent-based firm, whch has around 30 offices across the South and Midlands, recruits trained carers, support workers, healthcare assistants and nurses.

Keningtons are joint letting agents at Kembrey Park with Swindon firm Loveday.
