Withy King has strengthened its corporate and commercial law team in its Swindon office with the appointment of Rishi Ladwa as an associate.
Rishi, pictured, who joins from Wansbroughs Solicitors in Devizes, advises clients on a wide range of issues including acquisitions and disposals; LLP, partnership and shareholders’ agreements; company formations, re-organisations and share buy-backs; and commercial contracts and terms of business. 
He also has a proven track record in successfully advising directors whose businesses are experiencing financial difficulties or where there has been a breakdown in the relationships between business owners, or between business owners and their suppliers or customers. Rishi works alongside Withy King’s corporate dispute resolution team who are experts in this area.
