Basepoint, the serviced workspace group, has appointed Kevin Rose as regional manager overseeing its Swindon centre along with two others in the Thames Valley area.
Kevin, pictured, who has a background in the property industry, was working as a regional manager with a rival managed workspace provider prior to joining Basepoint.
He said: “I am looking forward to supporting our excellent on site teams at our centres and helping maintain and develop our excellent relationships, both within the centres, and the surrounding communities.”
Basepoint managing director Brian Andrews added: “Kevin’s previous job roles have provided him with a great variety of skills and experience. He will be a great asset to the team here at Basepoint, and I look forward to working with him.”
Basepoint operates 30 centres across the South, the Midlands and Wales. It is the main trading arm of leading UK grant-making charity The ACT Foundation and all profits generated by Basepoint’s centres are ploughed back into charitable causes which assist societies most vulnerable.
Its Swindon centre has 88 unfurnished office and workshop units across three buildings in Westlea.
