Swindon-based commercial property consultants Kilpatrick & Co have been appointed as managing agents to Hughenden Yard, the specialist retail arcade in Marlborough.
All but one of the 17 units in the centre, which lies on the northern side of the town’s historic high street, are occupied.
Retailers trading from the arcade include national chains such as Monsoon, Azuza, Goldsworthys and fashion shops B & Co, Vincents Menswear and MA Clothing. It is also home to specialist music shop Sound Knowledge and beauty salon Rejuvenesce while Marlborough’s WH Smith links into the centre.
Andrew Kilpatrick of Kilpatrick & Co said “Hughenden Yard is one of the few specialist retail arcades in Marlborough and the owners are aiming to attract high quality retailers to this popular town.”
The next arrival at the centre will be Moore & Bradfield, a bespoke furniture and interior design company with more than 35 years’ experience.
