The John Lewis at Home store in Swindon has appointed Alison Gilbert as manager.
Alison joins from John Lewis’ flagship outlet in London's Oxford Street where she had been general manager of selling support for the past three years. 
Having worked for the John Lewis Partnership for more than 17 years since joining as a graduate trainee, Alison has worked her way up to her new appointment through roles at various branches including Reading, Watford, Bluewater and five years as general manager at John Lewis High Wycombe.
Alison’s career with the partnership has also included a role in project management at its head office.
