Lucy Rees just joined the Marriott Hotel in Swindon as a voyager graduate trainee.
Lucy, 24, who has a degree in international spa management from the University of Derby in Buxton, will work on all aspects of hotel management and has already started to learn the ropes in conference and banqueting.
While at university Lucy gained experience by working at the Marriott at Breadsall Priory and Country Club in Derbyshire.
Swindon Marriott general manager Adam Flint said he was delighted to welcome Lucy especially as he started his career as a graduate trainee with the group’s Regent’s Park hotel in London.
